If your child is between 6 and 11 years old and needing some extra support and guidance in navigating divorce or separation, PowerUP is the place for them! 

PowerUP is a ministry of Windsor Park LifeCare Trust, that runs an 8-week course that’s been written to specifically address the needs of many children who are facing major changes in their lives as an outcome of divorce or separation. 

PowerUP a safe space for your young ones where they can freely express their feelings and emotions as they navigate this new season. 

We have a fun, relaxed atmosphere which is positive for your young one(s). Every child has a buddy who will hang out and journey with them throughout all 8 weeks of the programme.
