Knitting-in-Church is brought to you by the Wooly Blanket Project. We utilise our time of sitting and listening during church sermons on Sunday mornings to knit little squares that we make into blankets for people in need.
If you can knit garter (plain stich) and you’d like to join us, grab a knitting project bag from the basket at the back of the Auditorium (as you walk in), knit a few rows and return your project to the basket at the end of the service. We then turn these little knitted squares into beautiful and warm blankets for those in need.
If you’d like to knit at home, get in touch via the Interest form and we will email through guidelines.
